We charge per hour and or
per job depending on what you want.
Basic Prices
- Small jobs or one item locally - $50 minimum.
- If item takes 2 guys - $65 per hour minimum, no stairs.
- Sofa's, armoire's, refrigerators, treadmills etc.- $75 minimum.
- If you are moving and have 4 or more furniture items
such as sofa, bed, desk etc then there is a minimum of $100.
Extra Charges For:
- $10 for removal of each door to get furniture inside.
- Bridge Tolls
Choice of Services for Delivery
1) Deliver items to door in a box to the front door.
Similiar to shipping companies such as FedEx & UPS.
The customer unpacks the items and disposes of the packing material themselves.
2) Protect furniture for delivery such
as shrink wrap, blankets or put in boxes.
Please contact the store or party that you are purchasing
the furniture from and find out if it is already wrapped or . .......protected
 3) Remove furniture from packaging, take away boxes
and or non recyclable packing material.
4) Bring up flights of stairs inside residence or business
and move around.
5) Assemble furniture.

Some furniture stores hire or have a 20 foot truck and
fill it with furniture at a loading dock with all furniture packaged
and only delivery on a certain day per week.
Then they go on a specific route so they don't have to go back to the store for each job and charge per job and have a big dumpster to put the packing material in that they took off the
furniture.
Private delivery service has more issues to deal with
because with each job we may have to find parking, find the salesperson, get the item, sometimes wrap the item and bring furniture out store that may be an obstacle course.

Please do the following before contacting us
1) Use google maps to find out distance and time.
2) Count the number of items
3) Count the number of steps and flights
of stairs at either end of the job and how far down
hallways in some large apartments.
4) Measure any large pieces of furniture
such as sofa's and armoires to be sure they fit in truck and doorways.
5) Is any item very heavy and require 2 or more persons?
6) How many pieces need assembly?

we pickup the furniture for you such as a
copy of sales invoice or receipt.
- We have a fax number - 1 (801) 927-2341 and it's always on.
- We can print out PDF files and Word Documents .Doc.
- Email us the Craigslist ad or website if you can.

Recurring problems we run into.
- Sofa's do always not fit into stairwell or elevator.
- Customers have assumed the store paid for delivery.
- Item weighs to much for 2 guys and needs 3 or 4 guys.
Hours of Delivery:
Most deliveries are during the daytime 9am to 6pm
After 6pm there may be an extra charge.
Hand truck, furniture dolly, moving blankets, tie downs
and shrink wrap, plastic bags, shoe covers etc.
No deliveries at some areas of San Francisco that I cannot park or too much traffic such as Stockton Street, Kearney or Market Street during rush hour.
