                     - Payment by cash unless a prior arrangement is made.
                     - Our time is valuable and so is yours - if your price shopping please tell me this first
                        rather than wait for me to ask you a bunch of questions based on the jobs.
                      - We don't claim to recycle a certain percentage of junk hauled away as
                         some hauling companies do. We do the best we can with with recycling.
                          If you want more specific information regarding this please call me.
                       - Sofa's - Please be specific if item is a sofabed, sectional sofa etc.
                       - It is up to the customer to measure the dimentions of the door and area
                          to see if the funiture will fit in door way etc. I can come by and measure
                          or take a look.
                           At least once a month furniture is too big and has to be brought back to store.
                          I have to charge you for a delivery fee, sincey your hiring me for the delivery.
                       - $20 fee if I have to spend time collecting the money not paid at time of service.
                      - Please email us the website with product information so I can better determine
                         if I can do the job. Some items are too big and or too heavy.
